Your person is always cremated here in Victoria, close to home — never transported interstate. Their ashes come home to you in their handmade urn, usually within a few days of the service. After the service — or after refreshments, whichever your family prefers — we accompany your loved one from your venue to their chosen cemetery for the graveside farewell, and our team holds the committal there. Your cemetery's plot and interment fees are passed through at exactly their price.
Every venue is different, so there's no single rule — but the time is generous, and your arranger confirms exact timings with your venue well ahead, so nothing feels hurried. Most families gather for the service and stay on for refreshments in the venue's own spaces.
