There is no convoy to organise between venues, and nothing for your family to coordinate on the day. The same Candour care as every experience, with fewer decisions along the way — so you can simply be with the people who matter.
The person who answers your first call is the person beside you at the chapel, and the one who follows up after. Nothing is handed off.
Our full price list is public, always — and the figure we quote is the figure you pay. Anything a cemetery charges is passed through at cost.
We measure the whole farewell's emissions and offset them at 150%, and a tree is planted in their name.

Usually within a few days of the service — your arranger will tell you exactly when. We return them to you in their handmade urn, brought to your home or ready to collect from us, whichever feels right. And there's no rush on what comes next: many families take months to decide what to do with the ashes, and we're here whenever you'd like to talk through the options. Your person is always cremated here in Victoria, close to home — never transported interstate.
Whenever you're ready — the grave is tended by the memorial park, and you're welcome to return any time the grounds are open. Many families ask about headstones and plaques too: the ground needs a little time to settle first, and every park has its own timing, so your arranger will guide you when the moment comes.
We take care of this for you. After the service, we register the death with Births, Deaths & Marriages Victoria and order the official death certificate, which is posted directly to you — usually within a few weeks. If a bank, super fund or solicitor needs something sooner, tell your arranger: we can provide a letter confirming the funeral has taken place, which many organisations accept in the meantime.
