Our process

How the Concierge Experience comes together

From the first conversation to the day itself, you are guided the whole way.

01

The first conversation

We sit with you, and carry the details away — so nothing rests on you that doesn't have to.

A courtyard ceremony set before guests arrive — white bentwood chairs, a white casket with coral florals beneath festoon lights
02

Three ways to remember

Not a price list to decode, but three farewells presented for you to picture your family within. You choose the one that feels right.

03

Seeing it for yourself

Venue options shown to you personally, with the time to walk each space and feel whether it's right — before anything is settled.

Everything arranged

Every part of the day, held to your wishes. Nothing left to chance, and nothing falling to you.

A long pale-timber table set for a family dinner at dusk, with native florals, taper candles and eucalypts beyond the doors
05

The days around the day

From the evening before to the journey home, the weight isn't yours to carry. And the night before, if you wish, the people who loved them gather over a quiet dinner — time to reflect and remember together, before the day itself.

06

The day

You arrive to a farewell exactly as you imagined it, and spend it where you should be — present, with the people you love.

If it matters to you, we can arrange it.

The cost

From

$20,309

for the complete Concierge package. Most families arrive at around $30,000 once their coffin, flowers, celebrant and catering are chosen. Every cost and requirement detailed when we meet. Transparency alongside our extraordinary service is all part of being looked after.

What stood out most was the care and attention they gave to every little detail. So many things were taken care of without us having to ask, follow up or even think about them, which was incredibly comforting during such an emotional and difficult time.

Begin with a conversation

There's no form to understand the Concierge Experience — only a conversation, whenever you're ready. Tell us a little about the person you're remembering, and we'll take it from there.
