Designing the farewell
Wherever your family comes together after the service, we arrange the food. You won't need to organise a thing.
After the service, coming together over food gives family and friends a quiet space to share stories, find comfort, and simply be together. It's often the part people remember most warmly — the moment the formality lifts and everyone starts talking.
A cemetery function centre. A winery on the Peninsula. The garden at home. Wherever it is, and whatever you have in mind, we'll arrange it — and it comes through on one account with everything else.
If the service is at a cemetery, the function centre is usually a short walk away. No drive between the service and the gathering — which matters more than families expect, particularly for older guests.
Purpose-built rooms, uniformed staff, and menus that run from sandwiches and slices through to a full chef-prepared spread. Greek, Italian, Asian, Sri Lankan, Macedonian and Serbian menus are all standard, and the room, the staff and the beverages are included rather than charged separately.
A church hall, the garden at home, a spot by the water. Anywhere without a kitchen of its own, our caterer brings everything with them — food, staff, styling, setup and packdown — and leaves the place as they found it.
From a simple drop-off through to a chef cooking on site. Whatever's left over is boxed up for you to take home.
Golf clubs, wineries, estates and clubs mostly run their own kitchens, so the food comes from them and you choose from their menu.
We take care of their events team, the minimum spend, the beverage arrangement, the timings and the final numbers — and we'll bring you their current menu and pricing once you've settled on a place. In most cases you never speak to them at all.
Cemetery and venue catering is priced by them and appears on your account as a disbursement — we'll walk you through the current menus and costs for wherever you're gathering. Our own caterer's pricing is published below, and includes GST.
They arrived, set the whole thing up in the garden with greenery they'd cut on the way in, served it, and were gone before I noticed. I got to actually talk to people.
From our caterer's kitchen
Every one is built around ribbon sandwiches and sweet treats. We'll bring the full menus when we sit down together, along with gluten free, vegan and cultural options.

The part families notice
Tables are styled with greenery foraged from the surroundings — eucalyptus, coastal tea tree, wattle — so the room feels like the place you're actually in rather than a generic function space. Wooden crates create height. Candles add warmth.
It's a small thing, and it's the thing people mention afterwards.
